Questions
Do I need tools to assemble the ENHET wall cabinet frame?
No tools are needed for the four main frame panels or the fold-out back panel: the panels click together on pre-mounted ribbed wedge dowels and the back panel locks in place with 8 push-in plastic clips (10093081) and wedges (10093082). You only need screwdrivers for the wall-anchoring brackets and hinge adjustments.
Can the ENHET mirror door open to either the left or the right?
Yes. Both side panels have pre-bored twin holes near the front edge for the 109221 hinge mounting plates, and the mirror door is symmetrical, so you can hang it on either the left or the right side.
At what height should I mount the ENHET mirror cabinet on the wall?
Mount the cabinet at eye level—typically with the top suspension bracket screw holes around 145 cm above the floor—and always have two people lift and hold the cabinet while anchoring both 106989 brackets with wall plugs and screws suited to your wall.
How do I adjust the ENHET mirror door if it hangs crooked?
Each 109338 soft-close hinge has three adjustment points: loosen the rear screw to slide the door in or out for depth, loosen the mounting-plate screws to raise or lower the door vertically, and turn the front screw to adjust the side-to-side gap.
Safety
Always anchor this ENHET mirror wall cabinet securely to the wall at eye level (about 145 cm to the top bracket holes) using both included 106989 suspension brackets and wall fixings suited to your wall. Have two people lift and hold the cabinet while fixing it.
About this guide
The part numbers and counts match IKEA's assembly instructions, so you can check each piece against your box. The outer size, 60 × 17 × 75 cm, is IKEA's published size. Panel thicknesses, rear groove setback and hole positions are our own estimates from IKEA’s assembly drawings. The 3D runs faster than real hands do.
Includes two adjustable interior shelves and a full-height mirror door on 3-way adjustable soft-close hinges; can be hung to open left or right.
The manufacturer's instructions are on IKEA's product page (PDF). If something here differs from the manual in your box, follow the manual.
The 3D models, drawings and text are our own. IKEA and ENHET are named only to say which product this guide is for.
